4. No Guarantee of Approval or Funding Amount

All applications are subject to underwriting review, which considers factors including but not limited to monthly revenue, time in business, industry type, bank account activity, and existing financial obligations. MRCHNT Funding reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline any application at its sole discretion. Approved advance amounts and factor rates may differ from amounts requested.
